The Khibiny massif is formed by igneous rocks (simply speaking, an eruption of underground type lava) and is located in the very center of the Kola Peninsula 230 km from Murmansk. Khibiny about 390 million years.

In summer and autumn, until the beginning of November, we will take a long walk to the valley of Lake Small Vudyavr, cross the Poachvumyok mountain stream, if physical conditions allow us to climb the Takhtarvumchorr ridge or the Poachvumchorr ridge.

We climb the funicular to the peak of Aikuayvenchorr (although in the summer the lift only works on weekends; +300 rubles per person)

We will visit the Museum of Mineralogy in Kirovsk (optional)
